We've...Seems like it could be a poor decision. We've already got MC for most/all soldiers in theater. It's a good stopgap measure. The Army has put a lot of time into selecting a new "family" of patterns with an intermediate pattern that will be used on gear and for garrison - probably something similar to MC.
