How long do you need to be in the Army before you can say "I'm too old for this s___"? Gonna be one sore neck in the morning.

I'm not that old (let's just say I'll have a decade of time in service halfway through April, not counting the 2 year break in service...)but rolling around on the ground and being bent in half is not my idea of fun.
