And I'm using it for a Pic of the Day (or so)

I know it comes up like every six months...

But the Secretary of the Army thinks it'll be a whole new carbine, not the supposed upgrades or retrofit of the M4.  I'm not saying I agree or disagree, but he does have quite a bit of weight to throw around.
