A-Tacs

Steve got a look at it at Shot Show. I like it for some reason. He says it's lighter than expected. I'll have to wait till I see some in person.

Update: Soldier Systems has some more pictures here and here. The way the rifle blends in the second one is downright impressive.

I kind of like it too. I'm not dead set against the digicam stuff either. I don't like the color pattern the army is using, but the color patern I've seen the marines wearing isn't bad.

For some reason I find the digi stuff kind of cheesy. But then again I never was huge into video games either... And agreed on the ACU's. I never did like the stuff. I was glad we were still in the DCU phase of things when I was overseas.
