Awesome. "Brass in air" pics are my favorite!
Looks like you have a pretty nice camera. I fluke a shot like that every now and then with my point and shoot. I really want to get a digital SLR.
I used to get quite a few of them with my little point and shoot types, but yeah, you get a lot more with something like my Nikon D40 and a super fast lens that lets you take advantage of the 3 frames a second speed. If you go back a few pics, there's one of me shooting my 1911 with some brass hanging about a foot above it and a nice smoke trail curling between the two.
