Bacon should be special. Bacon wrapped scallops and fillets. Thick sliced bacon with perfect eggs on your day off, etc. When we use it like an everyday condiment it loses that status IMHO. :)
Tho I agree, there is a certain strange "Je Nous Se Qua" attraction to these products!
I'm voting for awesome. Getting some soonest.
