Not sure if it's for or against... but it was stuck to the top of an Onion newspaper box, so take that as you may.

Given 1) the location (Madison) and 2) that area's residents' mental processes 3) the overly small head on the figure, 4) ref. point 2, that area's residents' gliding through life assuming they are born smarter than all the rest of humanity and therefore deserve to Rule Everyone Else outside their foodshed, 5) the continuation of the meme firearm owners "must be compensating for the size of their...".
