Passed through legislature Friday (I'm in the Army this weekend, so I missed it.) The Governor is expected to sign it.
Between this and concealed carry, it's been a good year for 2A and self defense rights in Wisconsin.

Indeed. It is a good start to say the last going from near zero as we had it.
